PINOT BLANC BRUT NATURE, “ZERO DOSAGE”
Méthode traditionelle; Aged for at least 52 months on the second yeast. Fine brioche, delicate notes of nuts, and a hint of floral aroma with pear and a touch of citrus fruit. Clear, completely dry fruit, slightly yeasty melt, and fine perlage. A classic, racy Blanc de Blanc. No dosage!
